Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join our team.
This role is vital in ensuring that our school premises are clean, safe and well maintained for students, staff and visitors.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least one year of experience as a school site manager (or in a similar role)
• Good working knowledge of health and safety standards
• Practical skills in site maintenance and cleaning
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom

• Opening and securing the school premises each day
• Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
• Overseeing planned maintenance and responding to day-to-day site issues
• Grounds maintenance and ensuring external areas are tidy and safe
• Monitoring the premises for any hazards and taking appropriate action
• Maintaining accurate records relating to site operations
• Assisting with other duties as required to support the smooth running of the school
