IEP Therapy is looking for a School Social Worker in the Oak Lawn, IL area to join our team. We have a part-time and full-time position available for the 2025-26 school year.

SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Illinois State Social Worker License
• Illinois Professional Educator’s License with School Social Worker certification

• Provide direct school social work services to referred students
• Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling to students and their families
• Identify academic problems through analysis of factors impinging on student adjustment including factors in the home, school, and community
• Determine and implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to effect changes in behavioral/social interactions of students and their families
