A full-time Social Worker position is available within an early childhood school setting, serving students from Pre-K through 8th grade. This contract role will support the social and emotional well-being of children across two school locations, working Monday through Friday during the current school year.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with educators, families, and community resources to address student needs. You will provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and support for social, behavioral, and emotional challenges to promote academic success and overall wellness.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL) in Social Work; internship hours are acceptable for licensing requirements
• Experience working with students in early childhood and elementary through middle school settings (PreK8th grade)
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple locations effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with school staff, families, and external agencies
