MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available at an Early Childhood School serving children aged 3 to 5 years old. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year, from August 22, 2025, through June 12, 2026, covering a 190-day calendar. The opportunity is located in the McMinnville or Salem areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification with a focus on early childhood development
  • Experience working with children aged 3-5 years
  • Virtual experience is required for remote candidates supporting this age group
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to execute tailored therapy plans to meet individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to children in an early childhood educational setting
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support comprehensive student development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum integration where appropriate
