MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a contract role during the 25/26 school year at an onsite elementary school in San Bernardino, CA. This opportunity offers a caseload of 40-45 students primarily in a preschool setting. The ideal candidates will hold either an SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), SLP - CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), or SLP - School certification. Preference is given to bilingual professionals to support a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool-aged children.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with teachers and parents to implement effective therapy strategies.
  • Monitor student progress, document interventions, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP certification, such as CCC, CFY, or School certification.
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 40-45 students efficiently.
  • Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively serve a diverse student body.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators and families.
