MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ACTIVE SLP LICENSE AND 1+ YEAR OF SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. APPLICANTS WHO DO NOT MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

A full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) with either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility is sought for a K-12 school setting in Stafford, VA. This contract position spans the entire 2025-2026 school year, offering employment as a W-2 contracted employee with benefits included.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student performance, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to speech-language services.

Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification with CCC or currently in CFY status.
  • Ability to work full time is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervision for CFY candidates will be provided.
