Job Description: The role of School Support involves two main areas, encompassing responsibilities from both Sales and Operations. You will be the vital link between our Sales and Operations departments, assisting in their improvement to ensure that our schools have an ever-improving experience.

Responsibilities
  • Being the point of contact for Schools and Colleges with inquiries.
  • Onboarding school staff on our Easy4u platform and ensuring a positive relationship with our partnering onsite school staff throughout the school year.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules in consultation with our account managers and operations team.
  • Updating and maintaining our Easy4u platform.
  • Managing administrative duties in various online platforms, including our CRM system and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Effectively conveying information about Easy4u and our scheme and services to our schools (following on-the-job training).
