WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Installs applications on workstations with respect to ethical use and copyright guidelines.
• Troubleshoots computer hardware or software, assisting teachers in technology use, network log-in and printing, network navigation, and telephone and voicemail usage.
• Assists with new technology set-up and management.
• Monitors, as directed, computer-related expenditures, supplies, and inventory.
• Administers Active Directory for school labs to set print queues and maintain student access accounts.
