Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Schools & Groups Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for all group bookings — from schools to large tour groups. You’ll oversee the full reservation process, support marketing efforts, and help ensure every group leaves with a smile.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Responding to inquiries and assisting guests with reservations from start to finish
Welcoming school and tour groups upon arrival and coordinating their experience
Cultivating and maintaining business relationships in key markets
Soliciting and booking new and repeat group business
Preparing weekly/monthly reports on group bookings and revenue
Organizing and attending events, trade shows, and client meetings
Assisting with promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns
Developing educational materials and communication plans for schools/groups
Following up with clients and building lasting relationships
️ Keeping accurate records of event plans, client communications, and reservation details

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

✔️ High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
✔️ 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or call centers
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills ️
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
