JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative and Resource Support

• Provide administrative support to the teachers on a project basis.
• Provide administrative support to other Heads of Department.
• Print worksheets, teaching materials, and examination papers
• Assist in the creation and organization of teaching resources
• Manage the collection, distribution, and inventory of teachers’

resources

Laboratory and Resource Room Support

• Maintain and upkeep the Science Laboratories and Mathematics

Resource Room

• Prepare apparatus and materials for science experiments and

practical tests

• Assist in stock-taking, packing, and maintenance of laboratory

equipment and apparatus

• Assist in purchasing and replenishing small or perishable items for

experimental use.

Student and Programme Support

• Assist in groupwork activities
• Provide support for activities conducted in various science learning

areas within the school

• Support school programmes and examination processes
