• Post-secondary education in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work systematically with technical documentation such as Building Condition Assessments and climate data.
• Basic understanding of building components, such as enclosure systems (walls, roofs, windows), and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfort working with data, including entering, processing, and analyzing datasets in tools such as Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, especially when working with multiple files, folders, and client data submissions.
• Interest in climate risk, sustainability, and the built environment, and a willingness to learn about relevant standards and mitigation strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly and contribute to reports or presentations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities evolve rapidly.

We are looking for a Science & Solutions Operations Engineer to support the delivery of ClimateFirst core offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer success and realization of our larger mission to solve climate resiliency for the built environment.
