We are currently accepting resumes for a full-time Middle School Science Teacher for Grades 6-8 for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. As a Middle School teacher at our school, you will have the opportunity to plan, organize, and implement an engaging and rigorous science curriculum, fostering curiosity and a love for discovery through hands-on learning and inquiry-based instruction.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree in Science, Education, or a related field
• Must be eligible for a teaching certificate in Science 5-9 or 6-12 (Temporary or Professional certification preferred)
• Experience with hands-on, inquiry-based science instruction and lab activities
• Strong classroom management skills
• Commitment to integrating faith and learning in the classroom
• Must be supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church; experience in a Catholic school environment preferred
• Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software
• Excellent oral and written English-language communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; PowerPoint a plus
• Professional demeanor and strong collaboration skills
