We work with a wide range of Hampshire Local Authority, SEN, Academy, and Independent schools, supporting them with specialist Science Teachers for both short-term cover and long-term assignments.

REQUIREMENTS

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or at least 6 months’ recent UK school teaching experience
• Specialism in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics
• ECTs and overseas-trained teachers welcome
• Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
• Commitment to fostering curiosity and a love of science

• Deliver engaging KS3 and KS4 Science lessons (specialism in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics welcome)
• Follow provided lesson plans to maintain high levels of pupil engagement
• Uphold each school’s values and ethos
• Collaborate with colleagues in the department to support student learning
• For longer-term roles: plan and mark work, attend departmental meetings, and contribute to wider school life (paid to scale)
