Are you a passionate and dedicated Science teacher looking to join a lovely Science department in a partner Secondary school based in Bingley, Yorkshire. This is a Part time role covering a maternity leave starting after the Easter holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in Science across KS3 and KS4.
  • Planning, preparing, and marking lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Collaborating with the Science department and wider school team to ensure an excellent educational experience for all students.
  • Contributing to extracurricular activities and school events as required.

About You:

  • A qualified Science Teacher
  • A strong understanding of the Science curriculum and the ability to differentiate for a range of abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
  • A passion for Science education and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
