POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a science Teacher to join our team. This is an in person position where teachers will inspire students. The ideal candidate will have a full-time science or teaching job during, or they will be in teacher’s college or in an education related field. Teachers can also enjoy professional growth opportunities such as alternative practicums and assistance cultivating resumes for future experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Teaching experience with grades 7-10 science classes in a Canadian or US curriculum.
• Academic proficiency and confidence in teaching demonstrated during the selection process.
• Teachers must be proficient in online teaching tools.

• Must deliver high-quality lessons to small classes of students or through private tutoring.
• Prepare lessons within guidelines and Mark homework and assessments.
• Help promote students’ interests in the subject.
• Teach a minimum of 4 hours per week.
  Location: We are located at 201 Consumers Rd, North York, ON.
  Compensation: Compensation is calculated by teaching hours and prior experience.
  Please note we are also hiring for: In Person math, science, physics, and english (ELA), and remote AP economics, AP statistics, and AP computer science.
