THE SUCCESSFUL SCIENCE GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT MUST:

• Have a Science or related degree at 2:2 or above (Strong A-Level results will also be considered)
• Be passionate about Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
• Be able to inspire and motivate students
• Have high expectations for students’ learning achievements and behaviour
• Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
• Be creative, friendly, and approachable
