Responsibilities

To provide a range of technician support services to the students and staff, using practical facilities in the Science Department at our Southgate Site. You will support practical experiments in the classroom and develop and maintain the Living Labs across the campus.
We are broadening our offer and creating a range of sustainability programmes. As part of this development, we will be developing a living lab on the campus for students to learn about nature, ecology and green skills through living plants and creatures. The sustainability technician will be responsible for the upkeep of these areas and helping support staff delivering lessons in these areas.
