JOB SUMMARY

LEC Education is a leading tutoring provider dedicated to supporting students in achieving their academic goals. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Science Tutor to join our team and deliver exceptional tutoring services to KS3 and GCSE students in East London.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored Science tutoring sessions for KS3 and GCSE students, ensuring lessons are engaging and effective.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and examination requirements.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their individual needs.
• Offer feedback and support to students, fostering confidence and enthusiasm for Science.
• Work collaboratively with parents and LEC Education staff to monitor and support student outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience tutoring Science either privately or in a tutoring centre (essential).
• Strong knowledge of KS3 and GCSE Science curriculum and exam specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• A degree in Science, Education, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
