Job description

• Professional processing of samples in the context of clinical studies in the areas of flow cytometry, cell isolation, PCR and ELISA.
• Analysis and evaluation of serum, plasma, blood and bone marrow samples
• Calibrations and quality control measurements as well as plausibility checks of results
• Maintenance and care of the analytical instruments
• Documentation within the framework of quality management and method validation
• Working late shifts from Monday to Sunday

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in biology or medicine, or training as a BTA, MTA or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a medical laboratory is desirable.
• Ideally, prior experience in ELISA, flow cytometry, molecular biology, sterile techniques, or cell preparation.
• Good German and English skills (at least B1 level)
