JOB SUMMARY:

The Scientific Director will lead the development and optimization of novel protocols for directed differentiation of cells of mesodermal lineage. This role requires an innovative and strategic thinker with a strong background in developmental biology and stem cell cultures, as well as managing a team of scientists. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

PhD in a relevant field with minimum of 5-7 years of experience
Experience with 2D & 3D cell cultures, co-culture, molecular and cellular assays such as immunocytochemistry, qPCR, flow cytometry and ELISA
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
