Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Scientific Engagement & Events Coordinator for a corporate client. The role in more details: Coordinate the event management process centrally for Third party scientific congresses in regard to sponsorships and HCPs participation logistics, and corporate's events according to the company’s standards, local regulatory guidelines and in co-operation with internal customers & SEG Team Act as a business partner to business/functions and provide trusted experience in a solutions- and risk-based manner to facilitate their goals and ensure process execution and operational excellence. Develop and conduct local communication and training (including onboarding of new associates) on C&E activities and provide operational guidance to associates to increase awareness and adherence to policies and regulations on a preventive & efficient manner. Assess the quality of suppliers and services provided for C&E activities and drive productivity by RFP with Third Parties in cooperation with Procurement and internal customers Establish and continuously update/maintain detailed documentation of C&E activities (based on Good Documentation Practices). Monitor and prepare reports on C&E relevant data and KPIs on a regular basis. Ensures timely follow up of remediation/mitigation actions based on management agreed actions. To be successful at this role you need the following : University degree in Business Administration or business related subject Proficiency in both Greek & English language (written & oral) SAP/SRM, other tools Experience/Competence At least 2 years of experience working in Pharma or Medical congresses/events management organization Strong Organizing, multitasking and analytical skills Critical thinking, time management, prioritization Agility to adapt in a transforming environment and digital savvy for new systems Proved ability for crisis management Passion for results, excellence & precision Just So you know… If you have imagined a career that goes beyond business as usual, then you are in the right place.
