Independent execution of research work in the BMWE project Emulsifier Analysis 2.0:
Development and implementation of HPTLC methods for the analysis of E 471/E 472 emulsifiers
Development of databases and evaluation approaches for chromatographic data, e.g. using R for the characterization and quantification of E 471/E 472
Development of quantification approaches for complex emulsifier groups (individual groups and their mixtures)
Development of processing techniques for the highly complex group of E 471/E 472 emulsifiers from the multifaceted food matrix of dairy products and plant-based product formulations
Integration of new hardware, firmware and software features into the 2LabsToGo system
Documentation of results, presentation of results at congresses/conferences, writing of publications
Supervision of students within the framework of project-specific internships, Bachelor's and Master's theses
