Job Description Summary Implementation of the medical strategy in a therapeutic direction, for a specific drug or group of drugs, exclusively within the framework and in accordance with national legislation. Can provide leadership during the implementation of assigned projects. Engages in scientific collaboration with healthcare professionals through open and consistent exchange of information regarding new scientific concepts, latest developments in research, and other scientific and educational information, thereby contributing to the progress of medicine in the best interest of patients. Job Description Major accountabilities: Interaction with healthcare specialists to establish partnership relationships Support of clinical research: Collecting and analyzing competitive environment: Interaction with the patient community: Internal company collaboration Key performance indicators: Effectiveness of working within project teams (leadership, quality, and timeliness). Operational Efficiency: Quality and timeliness of provided medical recommendations. Implementation of research and projects (quality and timeliness). Employees. Opportunities and Management: High level of culture. Goal orientation (feedback from company employees). Compliance with ethical norms and rules of conduct. Evaluation of the employee's performance is based on feedback from the immediate supervisor, results of performance evaluations conducted in the company, and other methods. Minimum Requirements: Education: Higher pharmaceutical or medical education. Possession of an academic degree is preferred. Foreign language proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English. Work experience: Over 3 years of experience in the field of clinical medicine and/or clinical research. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical field is welcomed. Knowledge: Planning skills, ability to write medical and scientific articles, knowledge of the assigned therapeutic area and skills in interacting with opinion leaders, knowledge of all aspects of drug development, clinical trial phases, good clinical practice, and local regulatory acts, including regulations on advertising/non-advertising materials. Presentation skills. Proficient user of personal computers and office equipment. Proficiency in office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
