Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Scientific Researcher (LNP Formulation Screening)” based out of South San Francisco, CA. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $42.50/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Seeking a Scientific Researcher to support high-throughput formulation development within the Synthetic Molecule Pharmaceutical Sciences group. This role focuses on the design, screening, and physicochemical characterization of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) and parenteral drug delivery systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute high-throughput LNP and formulation screening experiments using bench and automation tools Perform physicochemical characterization (particle size, encapsulation efficiency, zeta potential, stability) Conduct solubility, stability, and solid-state characterization studies Analyze and interpret data; prepare reports and presentations Maintain accurate documentation in ELN systems Collaborate cross-functionally to advance formulation programs Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications: BS/MS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field 1–5 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical formulation R&D Hands-on LNP formulation and analytical experience (microfluidics, dialysis, ultrafiltration, particle sizing) Strong analytical chemistry foundation Preferred: Experience with UV/Vis, HPLC-UV/CAD/MS, capillary electrophoresis Peptide or nucleic acid analysis Lab automation/robotics High-content data analysis or AI/ML exposure If interested, please send us your updated resume at hr@dawarconsulting.com/akansha@dawarconsulting.com
