Who you are: • Engineer or MS degree with 5+ years' experience and strong knowledge of chemical synthesis portfolio, small biomolecules, and AI solutions for drug discovery workflows (PhD in life sciences or engineering with 5+ years in sales preferred) • Demonstrated success in sales management with a proven track record of achieving financial targets and leading teams • Exceptional leadership abilities with skills in coaching, motivating teams, and managing change effectively • Strong technical and scientific expertise combined with sharp business intuition and a sales-focused, results-driven approach • Consultative selling skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels, from end users to department heads and executives • Proven networking capabilities and track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Deep understanding of R&D/QC processes across industry, pharma, biotech, and academia segments • Ability to identify priorities, navigate roadblocks, and develop concrete business cases that address customer needs • Comfortable working in international, matrix environments with minimum 25% travel across EMEA • Understanding of multi-channel sales strategies and experience in international business settings AT Manager 3 LS-DS-ESD Discovery workflow solutions
