The Analytical Chemistry Group at Paraza is seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate is expected to have experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of chromatographic systems with strong interpersonal communication skills and high productivity. The candidate will be expected to work independently within a team to maintain and troubleshoot chromatographic systems, develop analytical methods and purify small molecules.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related scientific field, and 5-15 years of experience in a similar position

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience in HPLC and SFC chromatography, and mass spectrometryDemonstrated laboratory proficiency
• Good sense of priority and urgency to manage multiple requests in parallel
• Entrepreneurial spirit, and constantly seeking creative solutions to challenging problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable to communicate in French and English
