We are looking for a highly motivated and creative scientist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge antibody engineering programs, help shape new technology platforms, and play a key role in advancing novel therapeutics from concept to clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments involving yeast surface display, antibody library construction and screening, antibody engineering, and characterization.
• Develop and evaluate novel approaches in antibody engineering, including computer/AI-assisted antibody design and optimization.
• Design and assess new molecular formats for multi-specific antibodies, including T cell engagers.
• Manage contract research projects: engage with clients, design and execute studies, analyze data, and present results.
• Stay current with the latest scientific advances and contribute to AvantGen’s innovative R&D.

Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, antibody engineering, immunology, or a related biological discipline with a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience.
• Strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, structural biology, protein engineering, or computational biology.
• Hands-on experience with antibody engineering, expression, purification, and characterization (required).
• Experience with T cell engagers (strongly preferred).
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
