  • Collaborate within cross-functional teams to apply software tools and pipelines forcomputational downstream analysis of molecular cartography spatial multi-omicdatasets.
  • Derive biological insights from high-dimensional single-cell data (imaging- andsequencing-based), such as cell type identification, differential expression, cellularneighborhoods, and cell-cell communication.
  • Design and evaluate targeted gene panels for performance and accuracy.
  • Assess the impact of technical variables (e.g., cell segmentation) on data analysisresults.
  • Gather requirements from team members and other project teams.
  • Train and support internal users in the use of data analysis tools and pipelines.
