EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• PhD in Molecular Biology, Proteomics, Immunology, Oncology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Gene and Cell Therapy or related field with 2 years of experience OR Master’s with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in molecular biology (e.g., cloning, PCR, CRISPR, viral production) and/or proteomics (e.g., assay development, biomarker analysis).
• Prior experience in product development, strategy, and commercialization in the life science or biotech industry is strongly preferred.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience with DNA cloning, gene editing, bioinformatics tools (e.g., SnapGene, CRISPR gRNA design), and protein/peptide analysis tools.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analysis software.
