POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will support the development and optimization of processes that produce IHC Kits and buffers that are used in diagnostic and pathology labs.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization (Molecular biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences).
  • Newly graduated candidates with lab experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with cell culture, transfection, familiar with protein purification.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Must have excellent organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Highly motivated, willingness to acquire new skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work productively and collaboratively within a tight-knit team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, statistical tools etc.
Responsibilities
  • Make buffers and build validation processes.
  • Do in process and final quality control experiments testing.
  • Work in a team environment with senior scientists and production scientists.
  • Buffer preparation.
  • ISO13485 and GMP standard documentation.
  • Organize, record, and maintain experimental data.
  • Ensure proper operation and perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
