What You’ll Do: Dive deep into purification process development, always looking for ways to improve and innovate. Lead development of purification processes for biotherapeutics manufacturing Perform small and pilot scale purification processes for biotherapeutics manufacturing Transfer processes to clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities Technology development to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of purification processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions. Regularly share your findings, ideas, and solutions in both team settings and presentations. Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable, impactful results. Who You Are: A curious problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment. BS or MS degree in Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field and 7+ years of experience or Ph.D and some relevant experience. The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $110,000 to $123,500; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value.
