TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Pre-clinical or Clinical Research Experience: Experience in the biomedical field is crucial for understanding the complexities of neuromodulation.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and algorithm development.
• Signal Processing Experience: Knowledge of signal processing techniques to enhance research outcomes.
• AI/ML Principles: Basic understanding and experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning to support innovative solutions.
• Passion for Innovation: A strong desire to challenge the status quo and explore new ideas in the field of neuromodulation.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment and engage with various stakeholders, including physicians and marketing teams.
• Effective Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to share insights and findings with both technical and non-technical audiences.
