What You’ll Do Prepare and analyze client and quality control samples while meeting quality and turnaround standards; Execute analyses across multiple technologies with consistency and precision; Document all lab activities clearly and accurately in LIMS; Support problem-solving efforts when workflow or data issues arise; Investigate out-of-control data and propose root causes and corrective actions; Identify and correct instrument or method performance issues; Author or revise SOPs and support audits, NCRs, and quality documentation; Communicate complex technical findings in client-friendly language when needed; Participate in internal and external audits and quality events; Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Science, or related field; Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on lab experience; 5–7 years strongly preferred; GCMS, LCMS, and/or GC instrument experience is a must; Prior experience using LIMS and other laboratory software required; Strong technical skills in laboratory instrumentation, methods, and troubleshooting; Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation abilities; Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word) and other Windows-based software; Tenacious, detail-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
