Scientist – R&D Laboratory Services

The hourly rate for this position in the United Kingdom is expected to range between £17.00 and £20.00. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

What you will do:

• Advance key scientific pipelines by conducting routine laboratory experiments and routine subcultures.
• Record, analyze, and document critical experimental data accurately according to SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and manage essential technical supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Uphold the highest quality standards by adhering strictly to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and site Health & Safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members across the site.
• Assist in R&D project planning and execution, driving efficiency across scientific workflows.
