Developing, optimising, and operating automated workflows for antibody expression, purification, plasmid DNA (pDNA) production, and sample processing
Performing transient mammalian transfections and small-scale antibody production using high-throughput platforms
Troubleshooting expression, purification, automation, and quality-related issues to support project delivery
Supporting antibody quality assessment and communicating results to internal stakeholders
Using data analysis and visualisation tools to identify performance trends and process improvement opportunities
Managing sample registration, inventory, normalisation, aliquoting, labelling, and traceability activities
Evaluating and implementing new automation technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and throughput
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver project milestones
Maintaining laboratory equipment, automation platforms, electronic records, and data integrity standards
