REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with rubber compounding or mixing processes is a plus.

• Ability to work in an experimental/lab setting, collect process data, and identify improvement opportunities.

• Execute development activities aligned with the specific needs of ongoing projects.
• Observe experimental runs in the process to assess the impact of process modifications on compound behavior and performance.
• Design and implement new procedures or frameworks to consistently record critical experimental results.
• Regularly organize, submit, and analyze compounding studies as part of the benchmarking strategy.
• Clearly and effectively communicate compounding study results to internal customers, including product development and compounding teams.
