Description

Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Scientist I” based out of San Diego, CA. Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension) Rate: $49/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick leave, 401K Key Responsibilities: Perform T-cell engineering using non-viral transfection (electroporation/nucleofection) Run screening and functional assays (flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, cytokine analysis) Maintain and culture primary T cells and cell lines Analyze data (FlowJo) and document experiments in ELN Support high-throughput screening and binder validation Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field 2+ years of wet lab experience (industry preferred) Strong expertise in flow cytometry (FACS) Experience with T-cell assays, ELISA/Luminex, and aseptic techniques Preferred: Non-viral transfection and automation experience If interested, please send us your updated resume at hr@dawarconsulting.com/lakshmi@dawarconsulting.com
