Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Road Show Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Costco and H Mart Road Show events.
  • Track inventory movement, staff schedules, and daily performance reports.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.).
  • Consolidate sales, inventory, and event data for management review.
  • Order Dispatch & Warehouse Coordination
  • Process unit and cosmetic sales orders.
  • Massage Bed & Chair dispatch Coordinate and communicate with warehouse staff for timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Customer Service & Call Center Support
  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email.
  • Log issues, provide product/service information, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Service Technician Dispatch
  • Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on customer service appointments.
  • Maintain daily logs and update technician routes and availability.
