At our Berlin location (near S+U Innsbrucker Platz), we are looking for a

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring product inventory and ensuring product availability.
  • Long-term capacity planning for defined product groups and supporting demand planning and forecasting for the European market.
  • Preparing and creating mid-term demand planning forecasts, including finalizing short term forecasts.
  • Preparing and creating annual inventory budget plans; monitoring and reporting results monthly.
  • Utilizing and maintaining demand planning software (proficiency in Access & Excel required) and providing data for procurement planning.
  • Gathering data from internal and external sources to influence demand and analyzing sales, inventory, and statistical data.
  • Reviewing historical sales trends and modeling data to forecast future demand.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team to collect information on eventdriven demand factors.
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecasting factors.
  • Identifying and supporting process and KPI improvements while actively participating in the monthly S&OP process.
  • Acting as a key liaison for coordination and communication between the Canadian and European SCM teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Support/Back up for peers as required.
  • Supporting the development and tracking of SCM KPIs.
  • Preparing reports for the Canadian SCM team and other stakeholders
