Role Summary: Manage and lead the Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering and be the factory’s Management Team member. Work closed with the stakeholders from Business Line, Global Supply Chain Organization, Factory Operations to ensure adequate order loading levels are maintained to maximize output, utilization and earn for operation. Job Responsibility: Manage and lead the Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering and be the factory’s Management Team member. Manage and control the production planning and scheduling to ensure the supply plan is executed. Drive the investment request and resource allocations to meet supply target under given resources and cost target. Manages the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and delivery to ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. Manage and lead the Supply Chain Management and Industrial Engineering, under areas of: Resource planning Order Fulfillment and Production planning Industrial Engineering Sample order execution MISD Coordinate with business partners in global supply chain organization (SCO) to ensure the organization continuously meets or exceeds their delivery requirements Contributes to the overall factory result, and operation developments as part of the management team member Manage Production Planning and production scheduling activities for IC Assembly and Test Plant in Kaohsiung, with focus area in Wafer Test, IC assembly and final test Initiate and implement process improvements for Supply Chain and Resource Planning towards Lean concept and general organization improvement together with SCO Drive and own new system implementation projects in SCM and related scope Drive for factory efficiency improvement through Industrial Engineering methodology, both with in-house team and coordinating with external consultants Coordinate with HR and other department for continuous learning and personal development Ensure the management of team to achieve standardization across sites. Ensure uniform and effective processes are in place throughout the unit. Drive development and maintenance of operating procedures and work instructions, including periodic reviews and updates to keep Order fulfillment process in good standard. Ensures adequate order loading levels are maintained to maximize output, utilization and earn for operation. Drive the establishment of processes for WIP monitoring, order tracking and reviewing process indicators to proactively spot outliers, advise and oversee recommendations for resolution. Resolve escalated delivery issues arising from operations, PPF or BL, and requiring coordination with other function or departments to fulfill order as committed. Communicate with business partners, including production, engineer, PPF and BL team to align on status and delivery plan and to create right understanding on required processes and actions. Escalation point in any issue related to factory supply plan. Develop, support and coach order fulfillment team members to expand team skill, knowledge and capability. Job Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or other related area. Master’s degree is preferred. 5-10 years of supply chain, order management, or fulfillment related experience. Experience with ERP or other supply chain management system required. Experience in managing cross-functional team. Experience in multi-national business and complex manufacturing. Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus. Strong analytical skills.
