You will analyze existing supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions for improvement in areas such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning also develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies. 2. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Production, Sales, Project Management) to understand their requirements and integrate supply chain solutions that support business objectives also manage supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and contribute to supplier selection and negotiation processes to ensure quality, cost, and delivery compliance. 3. You will implement and maintain supply chain management systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and reporting capabilities also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. 4. You will participate in cross-functional projects related to new product introduction, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements also ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies within the supply chain and also prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to management. 5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 6. You hold a bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred. 2. Required with 3-5 years of proven experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations within a manufacturing or energy industry context. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 4. Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, advanced planning systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). 5. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. 6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and with external partners. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with knowledge of global trade regulations and international logistics is a plus. 8. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
