Responsibilities: Develop and maintain 3 - 5 year category strategies aligned with Wells business objectives, operational requirements, drilling programs, and completions schedules Oversee and optimize the end-to-end category supply chain – including forecasting, planning, inventory, logistics and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery, reduce cost and risk and maintain continuity of supply Oversee end-to-end RFx execution aligned to category strategies by guiding commercial approaches, negotiation strategies, and evaluation criteria, and partnering with Contracts Advisors and MSP to execute sourcing events and contract formation Accountable for delivering cost savings and value targets across the category by translating strategies into executable deal structures and sourcing outcomes and leading cost reduction and value optimization initiatives Location and other Key details: This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
