Description

职位目的根据生产装备部的职责要求，建立健全生产测试设备的各项管理制度；管理和导入中试新产品，并匹配引入和升级设备，以满足生产测试需求；对设备进行自动化、数字化技术升级，以提升安全、质量、效率；对管辖区内生产工装、仪器、测试设备进行管理和维修维护，减少测试岗位工装、仪器、测试设备的故障停机率，提高利用率，确保生产的顺利进行。工作职责： 1、设备管理：测试设备升级或自制/导入、TPM维护计划、使用规范、平台/产品数据整理分析、以及MTTR指标达成； 2、设备故障维护：测试异常处理，功能及电路级检修、关联程序的问题排查； 3、设备新建升级：主导外部测试设备导入及验证验收，根据需求进行功能升级，以及部分设备的自行设计建设； 4、产品中试测试：新产品测试资源的评审和验证，以及配合研发进行测试调试； 5、技术员日常工作安排及技能培养。任职要求： 1、电子、电气、自动化等相关专业； 2、模电和电路、电气原理基础扎实，逻辑思维能力强，对数电和编程有一定了解； 3、有电路设计、白盒测试、以及电源行业开发或维护相关工作经验优先； 4、服从安排，责任心强，能随时响应责任区域问题； 5、本科及以上文凭； Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
