REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site and list management.
• Ability to build and maintain Power Automate workflows.
• Experience with Power BI dashboarding and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI management.
• Familiarity with performance benchmarking.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

• Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, and lists to ensure seamless information flow.
• Create and maintain Power Automate forms and workflows, resolving issues as they arise.
• Update, maintain, and develop Power BI dashboards to provide insightful data visualization.
• Support the development and reporting of KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in analyzing performance against external benchmarks and prepare concise, actionable reports.
• Provide flexible, cross-functional support and maintain clear documentation for task continuity.
• Support ad-hoc analytics reporting needs as requested by SCM leadership.
