Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross functional team on regulatory compliance and permit management in global import and planning.
  • Plan quantities/batches for imports according to demand and manufacturing planning.
  • Track batch specification, shelf life to ensure they meet demand and regional requirements.
  • Planning and communication with various suppliers for transportation planning.
  • Track and monitor timely release through QA.
  • Manage the import permits (shelf life, potency etc) and communicate to suppliers for customs clearance.
  • Timely and accurate communication of import deviations with Authorities.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable analysis and own end-to-end analytics and effectively execute solutions.
  • Facilitate cross functional team meetings.
  • Support SCM Team as it relates to planning, manufacturing & logistics needs.
  • Responsibility for Supply Chain project management tasks.
  • Carrying out other tasks as directed by the division management
