Description

This role will support the Functional Excellence & Digitalization team by implementing a comprehensive Data Governance program that supports enterprise-wide data health, analytics enablement, and digital transformation. Implement a structured Supply Chain data governance framework across ES-A that aligns with enterprise data management roadmaps and supports the integrity, quality, and security of supply chain data. Oversee the quality and consistency of master data across ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business rules and global master data management policies. Uphold global master data governance process for ES-A Supply Chain. Promote data literacy, harmonization and governance awareness across the supply organization through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Partner with cross functional teams (IT, MDM, SCM Analytics, Business Units) to define critical data elements, establish data ownership, measurements and resolve data quality issues. Support the development of analytics capabilities by ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose to deliver digital tools within ES-A supply Chain Management. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Data Science, Information Technology or related discipline from an accredited institution Minimum 7 years of ERP Experience (Supply Chain Modules), such as MFGPro, SAP ECC and S/4, Oracle R12.x, Mapics, etc. Minimum 5 years of Power BI Experience Strong understanding of Data Architecture, and Data Governance tools. Proficiency in data governance tools and technologies, such as data cataloging, data quality, and metadata management tools.
