We deliver dependable, compassionate care that supports independence, dignity, and quality of life in the home. Position Overview We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to support private clients in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a non-medical, in-home care role, working one-on-one with clients in residential settings. Experience as a caregiver, PCA, or similar role preferred Ability to work independently in a home setting Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Provide mobility and transfer support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Offer medication reminders (non-clinical) Maintain a safe and clean home environment Observe and report changes in client condition Follow care plans and client preferences W2 employee classification Weekly pay Flexible scheduling (day, evening, night, weekend shifts available) One-on-one client assignments Consistent work opportunities in Scottsdale Support from a responsive care coordination team Compliance Statement HCNA is an equal opportunity employer.
