• Prepare and coat screens for exposure using our in-house processes
• Operate a state-of-the-art laser etching machine for creating precise artwork onto screens or materials
• Reclaim used screens by removing ink and emulsion, readying them for reuse
• Perform regular equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Keep the screen room clean, organised, and stocked with supplies
• Work efficiently under time pressure while maintaining attention to detail
