JOB OVERVIEW:

The primary purpose of the Screen Print and Embroidery Specialist is to produce high-quality custom apparel and promotional products by operating embroidery machines and screen-printing equipment. This role ensures that designs are accurately applied to various materials maintaining high quality standards. The specialist plays a key role in the production process, from setup to final product inspection while maintaining consistency across brand guidelines.

WORK-RELATED KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong knowledge of apparel and merchandise decoration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating industry standard design files while working within brand guidelines.
• Wide Format Printing experience preferred.
• Experience with promotional items preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION:

• Associate degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in a screen printing, embroidery and/or digital print shop
• Some retail experience helpful
