Description

Screen Printer I Position Summary Prints lettering and designs with screen printing device on formed or machined configuration mostly of plastic materials. Set up screen fixture to repeat during a production run.  The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities * Operate basic screen print table  * Cleans screen with solvent at end of run and when using different colors.   * Examines printed object for defects.  * All other duties assigned.  * Set up tables and production of auto printers Qualification Requirements Credentials/Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Some years related experience and/or training preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to work independently and exercise judgment * Strong communication skills, fluent in English  * Basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)  * Ability to identify cosmetic defects Other Requirements Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
